Dr. Hicks is an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Her supervision style is about active and service learning. Both focus on the engagement of critical thinking, skill acquisition, and examining your belief systems. Leading to self-awareness and the understanding of others will help you build interventions and strategies that best fit the needs of the client.
